According to an article in the Houston Chronicle, law enforcement officials found off-duty Harris County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable Henry Ervin Williams passed out drunk in his idling pickup truck with his four-year-old son last week in a residential area. The Fort Bend County, Texas, Grand Jury recently indicted a 24-year-old man on multiple charges based on a December 2011 drunk driving accident that killed  Nancy Krenek, a mother of six. Harsher Penalties for Texas Police Officers Charged with DWI
